Great service. I went to the PTA CBD branch to do my claim and they didn't capture my claims, 3 days later I went to menlyn head office, they captured my claims same day, I got paid in the next 24 hours.
Am not happy with the service here ... They tried to debit me before my intial debit order and I've been trying to get hold of them ... I requested a callback and they didn't come back to me I called them I was holding for more than 20 minutes and and using my airtime while is their fault 😡 …
